Hi! I just realized that I could send an ask if I keep having brain rot about your Calamity!WWX AU and might have a chance of getting an answer (beyond leaving a comment on AO3 I mean)!

If WWX died in the three months he was in the burial mounts, do you think he still aged after that because he didn't register he was dead? Or did he just seem to because of lack of food and sleep getting rid of the left over baby fat?

I think it would be some sort of heartbreaking if current WWX were to wear his old visiting disciple robes, tie his hair up and look exactly like the boy LWJ fell in love with. The boy he watched become less of himself each day in the war until he lost him.

Or maybe that's too angsty and WWX just accidentally shape shifted himself older without noticing, that's the much funnier option. I think I got sidetracked, sorry. My question was supposed to only be "did WWX age during the war", ignore the rest of you want?

oh ! and lil fun fact: current wwx doesnt look exactly like his old alive self anymore owo in his mo shanxi disguise, he looks more like mo xuanyu since theyre supposed to be closely related. hes still freakishly tall tho im not letting his height go. in his true calamity ghost form, his features look more androgynous in a sense that he now looks more like his mother than he does his father. yin energy body things and all, since yin represents the female aspects and i figured having a body of pure yin energy wld surely enhance all the features he got from his mother. im also still debating if i shld give him white hair or keep it black 👁️👁️ or add white 👁️👁️ who knows

The realization he lost the last thing he had tying him to his reality broke him, if only he knew what else to do, if only he could save Alex, he had no idea how to cope with his losses, he turned to drinking, smoking, anything that could stop his thoughts he hated himself for what he did, what he couldn't stop, that faceless freak still had a grip on him, he stayed in his car for hours on end staring at the forest.

His pills became his only friend, the only things keeping him alive, or more accurately, making him stop wanting to not be alive, eventually he returned to Alex's dead body, he looked terrible, decomposing in the worst way, covered in flies and maggots, he sits next to his deceased lover, holding his rotting body and gagging at the stench he took his last pill and everything went dark for the last time, holding the last thing he cared about

sammy was on the edge of the bed on his knees and hugged terrence. terrence hugged him back and kissed his forehead.

She hasn't posted on her Twitter since the end of 2018, but her Instagram is still active. I think she's just maturing into a more relaxed style of gyaru, probably growing out of her "heavy makeup and crazy hair" days. It's probably not sustainable for her in everyday life, so she slowly made a switch. It seems a lot of BDG members are slowly straying away from the old kuro gyaru look. But it just seems they're maturing. Though there are some gals keeping the old look alive!

mostly thinking about the falling out that they have when sara finds out iseult joined the foxes.... like? it'd be jarring to them to find out that their own sister is seemingly working against them. they feel like everything they're doing was being undermined. like shes on the same team that has a bounty on them. they're a lot less than impressed at least...

....until they find out why she did it. then the rage turns onto themself,,, they were just inconveniencing her again by letting her worry about them that much. they were just a burden to her. again. one of the only people they value more than their own life. do you get me?? the way the blame shifts. so fast. and how iseult likely knew that it would end up like this if sara ever found out? and still did it because she just cares that much about her little sibling?? hello????? girl why are you such a caring sweetheart my god i love her. she's been in my mind rent free pls tell her to pay rent i am starving. she doesnt have to though. live laugh love iseult i am her biggest fan ever

...ahem, anyway! Onto the question at hand!

(This got a lot longer than expected lmao so Imma just put everything down in a readmore)

It's kinda funny, because Iseult is not the first of my OCs to have this fierce loyalty streak. In fact, most if not all of them have this trait, though currently the top (or perhaps the worst?) contenders are tied between Iseult and Hauyne (who joined Bladestar as a mole and saboteur for similar reasons). They've all got this mentality of "As long as you're alive and safe, you can hate me all you want".

Of course, this raises a bunch of other consequences (in this case, Sara's crippling guilt because of how they felt Iseult's loyalty and devotion towards them is completely undeserved), but like they all say: "love is blind". And in this case, Iseult's love has blinded her towards the inner demons her beloved sibling is forced to grapple with her entire life.

She doesn't understand why Sara keeps pushing her away (at least, from her perspective), telling her that they don't need her protection and worry about herself more when they are clearly beset by enemies and threats that are as (if not even more) powerful as they are from all directions.

She doesn't understand that Sara feels the constant, insatiable and almost certainly irrational need to prove their worth, to not feel like a burden to their friends, to silence the voices whispering dark thoughts in her head. And her protection is only making the inner conflict worse, whether she realises it or not.

She doesn't see (or maybe even care) how her actions may appear to Sara and their friends/allies. She knows its morally dubious, there's no doubt about that, but then again... she's done a lot of questionable things in the past to survive. For her and her sibling's sake. So what's one more to her growing list of sins? At the very least, by metaphorically dirtying her hands, she can keep Sara's clean. And that's all that matters to her.

In the end... all she sees is her beloved baby sibling is in danger through mostly no fault of their own, and she - as the older sister - needs to protect and keep them safe. They're the only family she's got left, after all, and there is nothing in the world which is more precious than family. But in doing so, she inadvertently neglects the only family she has left.

Which is perhaps the most tragic and ironic part about it all.

Main character uzi (who is a wd) teams up with two dds as things quickly begin to spiral way out of just "the parent company doesnt like rogue ai mucking about", like robo-satan magic powers that let you do a bunch of wild stuff such as telekinesis and item duplication and ??? Teleportation ???? And such. Also the dds and everyone who has the robo-satan powers are basically vampires. Sun burns. They need oil (drone blood) to not Die

Once uzi & co switch course to searching for answers, because more questions pop up the more they Do learn, it swiftly only grows worse as more information is discovered. Like what the dd's backstory was, info on uzis mom and the shit that was done to her and other drones to learn more abt robo-satan powers, fact that humans are All dead and jcjenson is not what sent the dds out, so on and so forth

And basically, uzi and the gang discover the horrors are real, then fight the horrors

A random headcanon: THEE LINE OF DIALOGUE. That fucks me up every single time i think about it. Which exists only in-game in a really random spot and there are so subtitles for it so it’s really hard to find it. Is shortly after meeting ratchet he says, “I’m sorry you had to go so long without seeing another lombax. If I knew you were alive, I would have come for you.” and i just imagine what that would have been like. Alister searching the galaxy for kaden’s baby and raising him as his own... bc he feels so much remorse and he knows that saving just one lombax won’t make up for what he’s done but he just wants to do something right 😢

haiii hii hiiii im glad i stayed logged in for a minute 2 see this, ive been great actually i got top surgery a month ago and i saw my chemical romance in concert… ive been doing p well for myself all things considered

short answer is that the hsrpc just wasnt worth it anymore, i wasnt having fun. ive thought about coming back on and off for a little while now and i still might but i dont have any plans currently

long answer is that…………… this community kind of fucking sux lol. dont get me wrong i love the friends that i made here, and its definitely not all bad, but there is a lot more bad things that go on that just go unsaid here. im not like, specifically vaguing anyone or talking about anyone specific im just speaking from a place where ive been here for a long time and seen a lot of shit. and im definitely not saying i havent been guilty of excusing shitty behavior just because it was one of my friends because i certainly have and can recognize that now, but.

for YEARSSSS people have excused racism, pedophilia, homophobia, etc in this community for the sake of not wanting to be wrong or acknowledge that they or one of their friends has fucked up. YEARS of people letting shit pass while holding themselves up as activists/outspoken about these issues and closing their eyes when someone theyre friends/mutuals with does the exact same shit. there are severe double standards in the hsrpc and it just made it stop being fun to see my friends miserable all the time because of it and BE miserable all the time because of it. things have been this way for such a long time its absurd but no one also actively tries to change anything about it and thus continues the cycle of people silently hating eachother for reasons that their friends actively do and perpetuate. its a whole lot of “i hate this thing but i can excuse it when my friend does it” or “i can excuse racism but i draw the line at xyz” and just like. man.

its exhausting, it just stopped being worth it. if/when i come back im going to make it fun for ME, i want to have fun doing this shit and if for whatever reason i cant find any fun in it chances are ill fuck off again. there are a whole lot of hobbies out there, ill just go find another one.
